早在六十年代初,我国就在异步轧制方面做了很多试验研究和理论研究,针对我国带钢生产中存在的问题,在冷轧带钠的异步轧制研究方面连续取得了四项科研成果:极薄带材异步轧制新工艺、高精度带材异步恒延伸轧制新工艺、大延伸高效率异步轧制工艺、异步恒延伸平整新工艺,在生产中推广应用后,可以使普通带材的生产效率提高三分之一以上,可以生产出目前尚不能批量生产的高精度带材,并解决带材厚度偏差大和平整后性能不合的质量问题,可以预期这些技术的推广应用将会使我国冷轧带材生产技术落后的局面得到改观。
