为量化、综合性地进行主辅路断面组合方案评价及决策,构建了基于Vague集的主辅路断面组合方案优劣性能测度模型。从交通功能、自然条件、工程经济和环境影响等4个方面建立了备选方案的测度指标体系,并分定性型和定量型2类指标探讨了评价值转换为Vague值的方法;采用加权记分函数的方法,提出了方案性能的综合测度模型以刻画方案满足决策者要求的程度,构造了指标权重求解的线性规划模型;并将提出的综合测度模型应用于南京绕城公路快速化改造主辅路断面方案比选的工程实践。研究结果表明:与传统的模糊评判法相比,该模型不仅能够有效反映各个备选方案的综合优劣性能,方案之间的综合测度值还具有更强的区分度,而且计算过程简便,便于实际应用。
In order to quantitatively and comprehensively evaluate and decide the combination scheme of main and auxiliary roads, a measure model of merits and demerits of composite schemes of main and auxiliary roads based on Vague sets was constructed. The measure index system of alternatives is established from four aspects of traffic function, natural conditions, engineering economy and environmental impact, and the qualitative and quantitative two kinds of indexes are used to discuss the method of converting evaluation value into Vague value. Function method, a comprehensive measure model of program performance is proposed to describe the degree to which the scheme meets the requirements of decision-makers and a linear programming model of index weight is constructed. The proposed comprehensive measure model is applied to the main and auxiliary roads Engineering Practice of Comparison and Selection of Section Schemes. The results show that compared with the traditional fuzzy evaluation method, this model not only can effectively reflect the overall advantages and disadvantages of each alternative, but also has a stronger degree of discrimination than the traditional fuzzy evaluation method. Moreover, the calculation process is simple and convenient application.
