在自行研制的环 -块磨损试验装置上研究了三体磨损状态下矩形波载荷特性对摩擦面粗糙度变化的影响 ,结果表明 :( 1 )随着磨程的进行摩擦面粗糙度将达到一个稳定值———平衡粗糙度Rsq,其大小与摩擦面初始形貌无关 ;( 2 )对应于某一载荷波形占空比c,Rsq 最大 ,当载荷波形占空比小于c 时 ,Rsq 将随的增加而迅速增加 ;当大于c 时 ,Rsq 随的增加而减小并趋于静态载荷下的Rsq。
The influence of the rectangular wave load characteristics on the change of the roughness of the friction surface under three-body wear condition was studied on the ring-block wear tester developed by ourselves. The results show that: (1) The friction surface roughness will reach to one Stable value --- balance roughness Rsq, its size has nothing to do with the initial appearance of the friction surface; (2) corresponding to a load waveform duty cycle c, Rsq maximum, when the load waveform duty cycle is less than c, Rsq will increase rapidly with the increase of ; when is greater than c, Rsq decreases with the increase of 并 and tends to Rsq under static load.
