目的了解南昌市小学教师疲劳的流行现状及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样研究方法,在南昌市东湖区10所小学中随机抽取4所小学,对抽中小学校所有从事教学工作的319名教师进行问卷调查与疲劳自评量表检测。结果 (1)83.9%的教师有不同程度的疲劳感,按疲劳测评量表评分标准对其疲劳进行评分,小学教师疲劳平均分为(28.52±15.35)分;(2)疲劳得分的多元线性回归分析提示睡眠质量差、目前工作压力大、现职工作满意和日常工作量大这4个因素与疲劳存在线性关系。结论小学教师疲劳现象较普遍,其预防应从睡眠质量、目前工作压力程度、对工作满意度和日常工作量4个方面加以重视。
Objective To understand the prevalence of fatigue among primary school teachers in Nanchang and its influencing factors. Methods By cluster sampling method, 4 primary schools were randomly selected from 10 primary schools in Donghu District, Nanchang. All 319 teachers working in primary and secondary schools were surveyed by questionnaire and fatigue self-rating scale. Results (1) 83.9% of the teachers had different degree of fatigue, and their fatigue was scored according to the scale of the fatigue assessment scale. The average fatigue of primary school teachers was (28.52 ± 15.35) points. (2) Multiple linear regression of fatigue score Analysis suggests that poor quality of sleep, the current work pressure, current job satisfaction and daily workload of these four factors and fatigue there is a linear relationship. Conclusions The primary school teacher’s fatigue phenomenon is more common. The prevention should pay attention to four aspects: the quality of sleep, the current work pressure, job satisfaction and daily workload.
