目的 了解静脉吸毒人员隐孢子虫 (Cryptosporidiumparvum ,C .p)感染情况 ,探讨一氧化氮 (nitricoxide ,NO)对C .p感染的影响。 方法 快速改良抗酸染色法检测粪便中的C .p卵囊 ,分别用硝酸还原酶法和免疫透射比浊法测血清NO和免疫球蛋白 (IgG、ISA、IgM ) ,C .p感染人员在治愈后再次测定血清NO和Ig。结果 吸毒人员C .p阳性率为 9.18% ;C .p阳性组NO明显高于C .p阴性组和对照组 ,C .p阴性组NO也明显高于对照组 ;C .p阳性组在治疗后NO明显降低 ;NO含量与感染程度有关 ;C .p阴性组IgG及C .p阳性组IgM、IgA稍高于对照组。 结论 静脉吸毒人员对C .p有较高的感染率 ;NO对吸毒者及其C .p的感染过程有一定的影响 ,并可反映C .p感染的严重程度 ;感染者经治疗后效果较好 ,NO可明显降低。
Objective To investigate the infection of Cryptosporidiumparvum (C.p.) in intravenous drug addicts and to explore the effect of nitric oxide (NO) on Cp infection. Methods Rapid improvement of acid-fast staining method for the detection of C. P oocysts in stool samples were used to detect serum NO and immunoglobulin (IgG, ISA, IgM) by nitrate reductase method and immunoturbidimetric method, respectively. Serum NO and Ig were measured again after cure. Results The positive rate of C · p in drug addicts was 9.18%. The NO in C · p positive group was significantly higher than that in C · p negative group and control group, while the NO in C · p negative group was significantly higher than that in control group After NO significantly reduced; NO content and infection level; C.p negative group IgG and C.p. positive group IgM, IgA slightly higher than the control group. Conclusion Intravenous drug users have a higher infection rate of C.p.NO has a certain effect on drug users and Cp infection and can reflect the severity of C.p.infection. Well, NO can be significantly reduced.
