为进一步探讨李生长发育规律,提高李的产量和品质,以5~6年生毛桃砧李为材料,采用石蜡切片法观察花芽分化进程,同时测定体内某些物质含量的相应变化.结果表明:李花芽分化始于6月上旬,止于11月中旬,并可分为未分化期、生理分化期、花原基分化期、萼片分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期和雌蕊分化期7个时期.在生理分化期,体内含水量降低,可溶性糖、全氮、游离氨基酸和内源亚精胺等代谢产物含量出现高峰,内源腐胺、精胺代谢产物含量出现低峰,一旦进入形态分化盛期,则大量消耗各类营养物质,使物质积累水平下降,而腐胺、精胺含量变幅不大
In order to further explore the law of the growth and development of jackfruit and improve the yield and quality of the jackfruit, 5 to 6 year-old peach anvil and plum were used as the materials.
