我们孝感市中心医院现有医疗仪器174台套,其中包括美国进口CT、钴60放疗机、X光机、进口彩超、碎石机、心电监护仪等,价值600多万元。但由于没有专门科室对设备档案实行集中统一管理,所有医疗仪器设备档案都分散在各科室或个人手中,部分资料遗失无存,设备出现故障时无法维修,不能发挥效用,如儿科新生儿室每台两万多元的培养箱,由于缺乏资料和技术进行修理,目前竟有3台不能投入使用;又如1985年医院门诊大楼安装1部电梯,当时就丢失了安装技术资料和使用维修说明书,一直到现在都不敢启用,给医院造成巨大损失。 据统计,象这样导致设备报废,或故障未能及时排除无法开展工作所造成的直接、间接损失每年达数十万元。笔者还对本地另外几家医院作过调查,结果 We have 174 medical equipments in Xiaogan Central Hospital, including US CT, cobalt 60 radiotherapy machines, X-ray machines, imported color Doppler, rock crushers, and ECG monitors, worth more than RMB 6 million.
