目的比较1.5%双氧水、3%双氧水、高电位氧化离子水和无菌生理盐水对医用塑料气管内套管漂洗消毒效果。方法收集气管切开手术塑料气管内套管56件,随机分成4组,每组14件,使用以上4种方法进行清洗消毒,消毒前后分别检测染菌数。结果 4组清洗消毒前染菌数较多,清洗消毒后染菌数明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);清洗消毒后1.5%双氧水组、3%双氧水组和高电位氧化离子水组染菌数无显著差异(P>0.05),而无菌生理盐水组染菌数仍较多,与其他组存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论选择1.5%双氧水、3%双氧水和高电位氧化离子水清洗消毒医用塑料气管内套管效果较好;无菌生理盐水清洗消毒效果不佳,不能达到消毒标准。
Objective To compare the rinsing and disinfecting effects of 1.5% hydrogen peroxide, 3% hydrogen peroxide, high potential ionized water and sterile saline on medical plastic endotracheal tube. Methods Fifty-six tracheal intubation tubes were collected and divided into four groups at random. Each group consisted of 14 pieces. The above four methods were used for cleaning and disinfection, and the number of bacteria was tested before and after disinfection. Results The number of bacteria in the four groups before cleaning and disinfection was much, the number of bacteria was significantly decreased after cleaning and disinfection, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); after washing and disinfecting 1.5% hydrogen peroxide, 3% hydrogen peroxide and high potential ionized water There was no significant difference in the number of bacteria in the group (P> 0.05), but there was still more bacteria in the sterile saline group, which was significantly different from other groups (P <0.05). Conclusion 1.5% hydrogen peroxide, 3% hydrogen peroxide and high-potential oxidized ionized water are the best choice for cleaning and disinfecting medical endotracheal intubation. Sterile saline is not effective in cleaning and disinfecting and can not meet the disinfection standard.
