一、质量情况 进口机床1989年列入《商检机构实施检验的进出口商品种类表》.1990年1月1日起实施法定检验。以上海地区为例,1991年上海商检局和国家商检局上海机床认可实验室合作,对上海地区进口的111台/0.38亿美元进口机床实验了检验。从表一、表二可以看出,1994年上海地区进口机床质量情况为:
