目的研究某妇用抗菌洗液的杀菌性能及其毒性,以评价其实际抗菌效果及其使用的安全性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法进行实验室观察。结果该妇用抗菌洗液含有桉树油和薄荷醇等中药成分,辅以含量为10g/L的苯扎溴铵。以该抗菌洗液原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用2min,平均杀灭率为99.36%;对悬液内大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用20min,平均杀灭率分别为90.92%和95.26%。该抗菌洗液原液对家兔完整皮肤无刺激,对动物阴道黏膜为极轻刺激性,无皮肤变态反应。结论本研究妇用抗菌洗液具有一定杀菌能力,对黏膜有极轻刺激性。
OBJECTIVE To study the bactericidal activity and toxicity of an anti-bacterial lotion for women to evaluate its antimicrobial effect and its safety. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test methods were used for laboratory observation. Results The woman antibacterial lotion contains Chinese medicinal ingredients such as eucalyptus oil and menthol supplemented with benzalkonium bromide in an amount of 10 g / L. The antibacterial lotion solution on the suspension of Staphylococcus aureus 2min, the average kill rate was 99.36%; on the suspension of E. coli and Candida albicans effect 20min, the average kill rates were 90.92% and 95.26%. The antibacterial lotion solution on the rabbit complete skin without stimulation, the animal vaginal mucosa is extremely light irritation, no skin allergies. Conclusion The study of anti-bacterial lotion for women has a certain bactericidal ability, the mucous membrane is very light irritant.
