今年本刊将陆续向广大教育工作者介绍一点有关数学教育测量的基础知识和基本方法，其中包括怎样确定测量目标、怎样编制试卷，怎样进行测验的分析与评价等等。目的是为帮助大家能够及时并准确地测量教学效果，评估教学质量，从而在真正科学的基础上总结教学经验，改进教学方法，促进教研的深入和教改的深化。在我国教育教学改革日益深入的今天，希望它能受到大家的欢迎！
This year, the journal will gradually introduce the basic knowledge and basic methods of mathematics education measurement to the educators, including how to determine the measurement goals, how to formulate test papers, and how to carry out test analysis and evaluation. The purpose is to help everyone measure the teaching effect in a timely and accurate manner and assess the quality of teaching, so as to sum up the teaching experience on the basis of real science, improve the teaching methods, and promote the deepening of teaching and research and the deepening of teaching reform.
