为了解抗卵巢抗体(AOAb)与血清激素水平之间的关系,对52例原因不明的不孕症妇女分别检测了血清AOAb、血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)和泌乳素(PRL)。结果表明:20例AOAb阳性不孕妇女,卵泡期、黄体期血清E2水平(±s,nmol/L)分别为0.220±0.051、0.250±0.064,黄体期血清P含量(±s,nmol/L)为3.063±1.509,均显著低于32例AOAb阴性不孕妇女同期血清激素水平:E2为0.275±0.042、0.318±0.066(P<0.01),P为11.835±3.901(P<0.001)。AOAb与血清FSH、LH和PRL水平无关。提示:AOAb对卵巢细胞的免疫损伤,可能是引起不孕症妇女血清E2、P水平降低的重要因素之一。
To understand the relationship between anti-ovarian antibodies (AOAb) and serum hormone levels, 52 infertile women of unknown etiology were tested for serum levels of AOAb, serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) Alcohol (E2), progesterone (P) and prolactin (PRL). The results showed that the serum levels of E2 (± s, nmol / L) were 0.220 ± 0.051 and 0.250 ± 0.064 in follicular phase and corpus luteum respectively in 20 AOAb positive infertile women. The serum P level (± s, nmol / L) was 3.063 ± 1.509, which were all significantly lower than those of the 32 AOAb-negative infertile women at the same period (E2 ± 0.275 ± 0.042,0.318 ± 0.066 (P <0.01), P was 11.835 ± 3.901 (P <0.001). AOAb has no correlation with serum FSH, LH and PRL levels. Tip: AOAb on ovarian cell immune damage may be caused by infertility women serum E2, P level of reduced one of the important factors.
