目的探讨视频结合回授法在儿童支气管哮喘患者吸入糖皮质激素教育中的应用效果。方法将64例确诊为哮喘,首次使用ICS治疗患儿,应用随机数字表法分干预组34例,对照组30例。对照组按常规方法给予用药指导,干预组采用视频结合回授法进行ICS吸入技术指导,分析两组患儿ICS吸入技术、家长对健康教育满意度、哮喘临床症状控制。结果干预组患儿ICS吸入技术得分、家长满意度得分均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后两组患儿哮喘临床症状控制测评(C-ACT)均有提高,干预组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论视频宣教结合回授法是一种有效的健康宣教方法,提高了患儿ICS吸入技术准确率和家长的满意度,有利于哮喘的控制。
Objective To explore the application effect of video combined with feedback in the education of glucocorticoid in children with bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty-four patients diagnosed as asthma and the first time using ICS were treated with random number table, 34 cases in intervention group and 30 cases in control group. The control group was given medication guidance by conventional methods. The intervention group was guided by ICS technique with video combined feedback method. ICS inhalation technique, parents’ satisfaction with health education and clinical symptoms control of asthma were analyzed. Results The scores of ICS inhalation and parents’ satisfaction scores in intervention group were higher than those in control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The clinical symptom control assessment (C-ACT) Both improved, intervention group than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Video mission combined with feedback is an effective method of health education, which improves the accuracy of ICS inhalation and the satisfaction of parents, and is beneficial to the control of asthma.
