我国的社会经济发展越发迅猛,随之而来的便是市场竞争越来越激烈,那么由此导致的便是高职院校的学生其就业心理普遍存在以下问题:心理压力过大,导致焦虑心理产生;心理期望值过高,导致对自我的认知与定位不够准确;甚至在这种严峻的就业形势之下,学生们还会产生自卑与依赖的心理症状。所以,如果想要从根本上解决掉学生的就业心理问题,便要从以下几方面进行指导:其一是要充分发挥政府的就业管理主导作用;其二是高职院校应当对学生的就业指导实施有效的心理指导模式;其三是要引导大学生学会完善自我就业心理。
