在生成味的课堂教学中,教师上课不是单纯地执行教案,而是作为教案再创造的过程。教师上课时的心思不是放在教材和教案上,而是放在观察学生、倾听学生、发现学生并与学生积极互动上。具有生成味的课堂,教师首先要营造一个宽松的教学环境,要让学生能敢于表达自己的想法。只有让学生内在的思想和观点外露出来,教师才会发现并加以利用。另外在课堂上必须创设交流的机会。言语表达能力在一定程度上体现了思维
