通过力学性能试验和金相组织观察,并结合晶粒度检测,研究了微合金元素铌(Nb)对材质为45MnMo钢的提升机主轴性能的影响。结果表明,45MnMo钢主轴加入微量Nb元素后,晶粒细化,力学性能明显改善,解决了粗晶和冲击力不合格等问题。并通过试验给出了Nb元素的合理添加范围。
The effects of microalloyed niobium (Nb) on the performance of 45MnMo steel hoist spindle were investigated by mechanical properties test and microstructure observation combined with grain size measurement. The results show that the grain refinement of 45MnMo steel with addition of trace Nb improves the mechanical properties significantly and solves the problems of coarse grain and unacceptable impact force. And through the experiment gives a reasonable addition of Nb element range.
