在利率市场化改革的进程中,以存贷息差作为其主要收入来源的城市商业银行(简称城商行)必然会比大型商业银行(简称大银行)面临更多的挑战,利率市场化从诸多方面影响其资产盈利。本文从城商行视角分析了利率市场化对其盈利结构的影响,认为城商行应在坚持重视利差收入的基础上,深度挖掘附加值较高的零售业务、中间业务,开展金融创新,加强运营支撑,并以此获得发展转型的时间和空间。
