汽车尾气净化颗粒状催化剂对载体有特殊的要求。首先由于车辆行驶工况不同,爬坡、怠速时,部分燃料被排入转化箱,经常使排气温度达800℃左右,甚至高达1000℃,这就需要载体能有较好的热稳定性。其次,车辆奔驶颠簸振动激烈,排气冲刷严重,需要载体能有较高抗医强度和磨损强度。同时还需要有合适的晶体结构与活性组份很好地结合,达到高活性,长寿命的目的。常用商品Y—Al_2O_3载体还不能满足这儿方面的要求。经试验比较,采用了抚顺石油三厂的拟薄水铝石作为制备活性氧化铝载体的主要原料,并加入适量的稀土元素、粘结剂和造孔剂,能使所制得的载体适用于汽车尾气净化使用。

After the test, the pseudo-boehmite of Fushun Petroleum No.3 Factory was used as the main raw material for preparation of activated alumina carrier, and the appropriate amount of rare earth elements, binder and pore-forming agent were added to make the obtained carrier suitable for Automotive exhaust purification use.
