太极拳是我国的瑰宝,是身心锻炼的最好运动,几百年来流行我国民间,深受广大人们的喜爱。太极拳博大精深,经过多少代人的反复实践和不断总结经验,人们才逐步认识它的内在联系和运动规律。我通过二十几年学拳、练拳、教拳,也逐步悟出了其中的道理。练习太极拳和其他项目一样,要经过一个由生到熟、由熟到巧的逐步提高过程。太极拳有独特的运动特点和风格,只有充分体现出这种风格特点,使每个动作都符合要领,才能达到提高体质的功效。怎样才能练好太极拳呢?陈式太极拳书上写道:练太极拳之步骤有三层功夫,第一步,初学宜慢,慢不可痴呆;第二步,习而后快,快不可错乱;第三步,快后复缓是为柔,柔久,刚自在其中,是为刚柔相济。这段语录使我受益匪浅,成为我的座右铭,整天不离口,说给自己,也说给拳友。
