在初筛的基础上,比较5%仿生杀菌剂与其他4种果蔬常用保鲜剂对葱磷葡萄孢霉等引发5种果蔬贮藏期病害的抑菌效果,得到了25条毒力曲线及相应的EC50值。结果表明5%仿生杀菌剂是一种效果较好的生物杀菌剂,对五种病原菌有较强毒力,其抑菌效果优于20%银泰乳油,对某种病原菌抑菌效果优于化学药剂。
On the basis of preliminary screening, the inhibition effect of 5% biomimetic fungicides and other four kinds of commonly used preservatives on the disease caused by the storage of five kinds of fruits and vegetables such as Botrytis cinerea were compared, and 25 virulence curves and corresponding EC50 value. The results showed that 5% biomimetic fungicide was a better biocide with stronger virulence to five pathogens, and its antibacterial activity was better than that of 20% Intime emulsifiable concentrate. The bacteriostatic effect was better than that of chemical agents .
