在新时期医改的时代背景下,中医院管理也带来了新的机遇和挑战。中医院人力资源管理中绩效管理的有效性决定着中医院资源的分配、医疗卫生服务质量等多方面,那么如何实现中医院的有效管理就成了保持中医院核心竞争力的重要筹码。通过构建高效的绩效管理系统,那么中医院的组织效率、人力资源管理水平也会提高。受传统人事系统的影响,中医院人力资源的绩效管理没有准确的定位,所以本文重点讨论中医院人力资源管理中绩效管理如何发挥其作用,提高中医院发展能力。
In the era of medical reform in the new era, the hospital management has also brought new opportunities and challenges. The effectiveness of performance management in the hospital human resources management determines the distribution of resources, the quality of health care services and other aspects, then how to effectively manage the hospital has become an important bar to maintain the core competitiveness of hospitals. By building an effective performance management system, the organizational efficiency and human resources management of TCM hospitals will also be enhanced. Under the influence of the traditional personnel system, the performance management of human resources in Chinese medicine hospitals is not accurately located. Therefore, this article focuses on how performance management can play its role in human resources management and enhance the capacity of development of TCM hospitals.
