被异议商标为第4496927号“高原安”文字及图形商标,由陈坤于2005年2月3日提出注册申请,指定使用在第5类人用药、药用胶囊等商品上,2008年11月被商标局初步审定并公告。高原安公司在法定期限内针对该商标提出了注册异议,随后被异议商标经商标局核准依法转让至西藏军区总医院。2011年10月31日,商标局经审查,裁定核准被异议商标的注册申请。
