目的调查分析6~15岁儿童泪膜稳定性。方法选择重庆永川地区300例6~15岁儿童(600眼),其中男152例(304眼),女148例(296眼)。定点暗室,定人操作,将0.25%荧光素钠溶液滴入下结膜囊内,在裂隙灯显微镜9 mm钴兰光束下观察,用电子秒表同步记录出现第一个黑斑或黑线的时间。结果在温度为(18.5±2.5)℃、湿度为(55.5±12.5)%条件下,泪膜破裂时间(tear break up time,TBUT)为(16.92±8.96)s;TBUT在左、右眼及性别方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但随年龄增加泪膜稳定性有下降趋势(左眼r=-0.12,P<0.05;右眼r=-0.14,P<0.05)。结论 6~15儿童泪膜破裂时间较成人长,泪膜稳定性随年龄增加有下降趋势。
Objective To investigate the stability of tear film in children aged 6-15 years. Methods 300 children aged 6-15 years (600 eyes) in Yongchuan of Chongqing were selected, including 152 males (304 eyes) and 148 females (296 eyes). Fixed-point darkroom, set the operation, the 0.25% sodium fluorescein solution into the lower conjunctival sac, slit lamp microscope 9 mm Cobalt beam observation, with electronic stopwatch synchronization record the first black spot or black line time. Results The tear breakup time (TBUT) was (16.92 ± 8.96) s at the temperature of (18.5 ± 2.5) ℃ and the humidity of (55.5 ± 12.5) In terms of comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). However, with the increase of age tear film stability decreased (left eye r = -0.12, P <0.05; right eye r = -0.14, P <0.05). Conclusion 6 ~ 15 children’s tear film rupture time longer than adults, tear film stability decreases with age.
