煤矿企业由于其生产的特殊性,工作人员较多。目前很多煤矿企业仍然是采用以往的人力资源管理模式,显然已经无法满足煤矿企业的发展需求。随着信息化时代的到来,煤矿企业实行人力资管理信息化势在必行。本文主要从人力资源管理信息化的概述、对煤矿企业发展的意义以及煤矿企业人力资源管理信息化存在的问题入手,探究改进煤矿企业人力资源管理信息化的措施,希望给煤矿企业的发展提供借鉴。
