（四）香港的反贪问题也是大家极为关注的社会问题。这次由香港廉政公署的唐淑贤小姐向我们介绍了反腐败的有关情况。唐小姐说：中国有贪污罪，而香港定贪污为盗窃罪，香港没有贪污罪，而有贿赂罪。香港法律认为：贪污一贿赂。中国是贪污和贿赂罪都有。贪污罪在《刑法》第155条
