目的:观察复方一枝蒿微丸抗甲型HlNl流感作用,为临床治疗流感提供试验依据。方法:体外试验,以甲型HlNl流感病毒致人喉癌上皮细胞(Hep-2)病变,采用Reed-Muench法计算半数有毒浓度(TC_(50))、最大无毒浓度(TC_0)、半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))和治疗指数(SI);体内试验,以甲型H1N1流感病毒鼠肺适应株PR8滴鼻感染小鼠,计算小鼠存活率、存活天数及肺指数。结果:复方一枝蒿微丸对甲型H1N1流感病毒的TC_(50)为198.6 mg/ml,TC_0为18.2 mg/ml,IC_(50)为8.6±1.85 mg/ml,SI为41.5;复方一枝蒿微丸能降低感染甲型H1N1流感病毒的小鼠死亡率,抑制流感病毒所致的小鼠肺损伤。结论:复方一枝蒿微丸具有明显的抗甲型H1N1流感病毒作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anti-influenza A (H1N1) effect of artemisia artemisiae pellets and to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of influenza. Methods: The Hep-2 cells were induced by H1N1 influenza virus in vitro. The half toxic concentrations (TC_ (50)), the maximum nontoxic concentrations (TC_0) (IC 50) and therapeutic index (SI). In vivo, the mice were infected intranasally with PR8 strain of influenza A (H1N1) virus and the survival rate, survival time and lung index were calculated. Results: The results showed that the TC 50 of Artemisia annua L. pellet was 198.6 mg / ml, the TC_0 was 18.2 mg / ml, the IC 50 was 8.6 ± 1.85 mg / ml and the SI was 41.5. Micropellets can reduce the mortality of mice infected with influenza A (H1N1) virus and inhibit the lung injury caused by influenza virus in mice. Conclusion: Artemisia annua pellets have obvious anti-influenza A (H1N1) virus.
