[目的]了解某艾滋病关爱中心HIV感染者(AIDS病人)和志愿者中结核病流行现况,采取有效预防措施。[方法]对HIV感染者(AIDS病人)、志愿者及医务人员60名进行结核病筛查,筛出者及时隔离治疗。[结果]筛查60名,共发现结核病13例(21.7%)。[结论]肺结核(TB)/HIV双重感染是今后结核病和艾滋病防治的新课题,应引起高度重视,特别是艾滋病集中治疗场所应采取有效措施,严防结核病的传播。 [Objective] To understand the prevalence of tuberculosis in HIV-infected persons (AIDS patients) and volunteers in a care center of AIDS and take effective preventive measures. [Methods] Sixty HIV infection (AIDS patients), volunteers and medical staff were screened for tuberculosis, and those who were screened out were treated with isolation and treatment in time. [Results] The screening of 60, a total of 13 cases of tuberculosis (21.7%). [Conclusion] TB / HIV dual infection is a new topic in prevention and treatment of tuberculosis and AIDS in the future and should be given high priority. In particular, effective measures should be taken to prevent the spread of tuberculosis.
