通过对40 CrNiMoA 钢制造的结构螺栓的剪切试验数据的统计分析,得出了反映螺栓剪切强度值质量分布状况的直方图。结果表明:该螺栓的剪切强度是遵循正态分布规律的;通过对40CrNiMoA钢进行抗拉强度与抗剪强度关系的试验,得出了抗拉强度σ_b 与剪切强度τ_b的关系曲线以及抗拉强度σ_b。与剪切系数K 的关系曲线。试验表明:40 CrNiMoA 钢的剪切系数不是一个恒定的常数,它随着抗拉强度的提高而减小;而其剪切强度则是随着抗拉强度的提高而增大。其相关曲线可近似为直线关系。用最小二乘法,对抗拉强度与剪切强度的相关曲线进行线性拟合,从而可以求得40 CrNiMoA 钢σ_b 与τ_b的线性关系表达式和σ_b 与K 的关系式。40CrNiMoA 钢剪切试验数据的统计分折结果及其试验所得的关系曲线和数学表达式,为控制受剪螺栓的产品质量、选用和制定螺栓剪切强度设计规范提供了参数和依据。
Through the statistical analysis of the shear test data of the structural bolts made of 40 CrNiMoA steel, the histogram reflecting the mass distribution of the bolt shear strength values is obtained. The results show that the shear strength of the bolt follows the law of normal distribution. By testing the relationship between tensile strength and shear strength of 40CrNiMoA steel, the relationship between tensile strength σ_b and shear strength τ_b Tensile strength σ_b. The least square method was used to fit the curve of tensile strength and shear strength linearly, so that the linear relationship between σ_b and τ_b of 40 CrNiMoA steel and the relation between σ_b and K can be obtained. 40CrNiMoA steel shear test results of the statistical analysis of the data obtained from the test curve and mathematical expressions obtained for the control of shear bolt product quality, selection and formulation of bolt shear strength design specifications provide the parameters and basis.
