“诚品”模式以阅读为核心,将“人文、艺术、创意、生活”这一核心价值的实践与追求,扩展到大众生活的方方面面。本文对“诚品”模式的服务特色进行了分析,认为其对我国公共图书馆深化人文服务核心价值、提升用户体验度及高质美感、推动本土文化创意产业发展方面具有启示作用。
“Eslite ” mode takes reading as the core, and extends the practice and pursuit of the core value of “humanities, art, creativity and life” to all aspects of public life. This article analyzes the service characteristics of “Eslite” mode, and holds that it has enlightenment to deepen the core value of humanistic service, enhance user experience and high quality beauty in our public library, and promote the development of local cultural and creative industries.
