Recently, a white paper entitled “Corporate Training Managers in China 2012” was issued jointly by the School of Continuing Education of Renmin University of China and the China Human Resources Management Research Association. For the first time, from a professional point of view, focus on corporate training managers. The survey results show that the actual training content of the company’s training managers varies greatly from day to day. Faced with the gap between reality and ideals, the training managers surveyed all said that their work value is often not recognized, and the training work is not given due attention. At present, the status quo of the training manager profession is not optimistic!
