为了解枝江县人间布鲁氏菌病的流行现状,根据枝江县1980～1990年牲畜布鲁氏菌病检查资料,于1991年随机选择牲畜饲养、交易、屠宰、销售、检疫以及皮毛收购、加工、兽医等职业性接触牲畜者834人及当地村民195人进行人间布鲁氏菌病流行病学调查。体检及实验室检查按规定的人间布病诊断方法和判定标准进行。结果表明在职业接触的834人中,检出布鲁氏菌感染
