本研究采用次氮基三乙酸作活化剂,锰催化高碘酸钾氧化考马斯亮蓝G250褪色的指示反应。该法选择性好,检出限达到6.76×10-8g/L,25ml工作液Mn(Ⅱ)含量线性范围在0.02~0.30μg。
In this study, using nitrilotriacetic acid as activator, manganese-catalyzed potassium iodate oxidized Coomassie Brilliant Blue G250 fading reaction. The method has good selectivity, the detection limit reached 6.76 × 10-8g / L, and the linear range of Mn (Ⅱ) content in 25ml working solution was 0.02-0.30μg.
