课堂环境优化是教师通过改善课堂心理环境,创设适合于学生心理特征的学习情景,其目的是提高课堂教学效果。改善课堂心理环境的依据之一是现代大学生的特点,包括心理特征、知识特征和文化特征几个方面;之二是应用型本科高校管理类课程的教学目标,并从技术技能、人际技能和概念技能角度作分析。在此基础上,从师生关系、生生关系和群体行为规范几方面,讨论了课堂环境优化的途径,以期进一步提高应用型本科管理类课程的课堂教学质量。
