1 临床资料患者男性,40岁,歼-7飞行员,飞行2300 h,于2002年8月在疗养院体检时胸片发现右上肺斑点,小片索状密度增高影,边缘比较模糊,周围有微型病灶。于同年9月转本体系医院拟诊“肺结核病”住院治疗。经胸片、CT 等检查,及本医院有关专家会诊,给予抗结核治疗性诊断。患者起病以来无症状,体重无减轻。抗痨治疗1年后返院复查胸片及胸部CT 示:右上肺斑点,小片索状密度增高影,边缘比较模糊,周
1 Clinical data Patients Male, 40 years old, F-7 pilots, flying 2300 h, in August 2002 in the nursing home examination chest X-ray spots of the right upper quadrant, small cord density increased shadow, the edge more fuzzy, surrounded by micro-lesions. In September the same year transferred to the system hospital to be diagnosed “tuberculosis ” hospitalization. The chest X-ray, CT and other tests, and the hospital experts consultation, given anti-TB therapeutic diagnosis. Asymptomatic since the onset of patients, no weight loss.
