为了研究一种应用于柔性导爆索中的圆台式能量放大结构的能量传递与放大规律,应用有限元软件LS-DYNA对结构的能量放大过程进行了数值模拟,研究了能量放大结构的设计参数,如半锥角、导爆索内径、最小稳定爆轰距离等之间的影响关系;最后将数值模拟的结果与试验数据对比验证,结果表明该数值方法较好地描述了试验中得到的半锥角与输出能量间的关系。本研究对柔性导爆索结构设计与优化具有参考价值。
In order to study the law of energy transfer and enlargement of a circular table energy amplification structure used in flexible detonating cable, the energy amplification process of the structure is numerically simulated by finite element software LS-DYNA. The design parameters of the energy amplification structure , Such as the half cone angle, the diameter of the detonating cord, the minimum stable detonation distance, etc. Finally, the numerical simulation results are compared with the experimental data. The results show that the numerical method better describes the half Relationship between cone angle and output energy. This research has reference value for the design and optimization of flexible detonating cable structure.
