欧某,男,32岁,门诊号:112151。因胡言乱语,说神道鬼、夜间不眠8天我院门诊,患者3岁时面部出现米粒样及黄豆大小的淡红色皮疹,呈蝶形分布于鼻部两侧,后渐增多至鼻部、下颌及颈部。成年后因觉面部难看而以硫酸溶液烧灼局部致面部形成蝶形疤痕。9岁上学,成绩差。19岁起出现发作性四肢抽搐,人事不知,两眼上翻,口吐白沫,历时1～3分钟,服用苯妥英钠后发作次数减少,但不能完全控制。29岁因急腹症行腹部探查术。术中发现右肾破裂而行右肾切除术。入院体检:意识清晰,鼻翼两侧可见蝶形疤痕,疤痕周边、颈部及下颌均可见淡红色透亮的蜡样斑丘疹,高出皮表面;躯干及上肢可见多处小块色素脱失斑,背部可及多处3×2cm大小的皮下结节;会阴
