64年10月到12月我们在湖南衡山石峡矿区风化白云质灰岩和风化砂岩进行了土中压缩爆破成井的试验,打了34个井,进尺150多米。平均工班效率2.06米,比手工掘进工效1.14米提高了80.7%。最高工班效率达4.5米。每米成本4.65元比手工掘进单位成本6.45元降低了28%,并减轻了体力劳动强度。这次试验由于得到了湖南地质局和405队的积极支持和帮助,试验工作进行得很顺利,取得了一定的成效。但由于试验时间短促,有些数据还没有经过充分的验证,还需继续进行试验研究工作。为了及时交流技术情况、现将我们的试验研究情况介绍如下:一、土质的情况与地质的要求这次试验在风化白云质灰岩的红土中打了30个井,在风化砂岩中打了4个井。多属二级岩土,部分表土干而硬的可划为三级。风化白云质灰岩红土风化比较完全,没有块石,颗粒比较细。粘性大,上部干燥,用手指捏,无印痕,下部逐渐变湿变软,用手指可捏成印痕,土质结实,不需支护,井内没水。土的容重是1.9克/厘米~3,比重2.74,孔隙度0.48。风化砂岩粘性比较小些,颗粒粗,有些还是半风化状态,有的地方有大块石头,土质还比较结实,不需支护,土的容重是1.94克/厘米~3,比重2.86,孔隙度0.49。在该矿区打浅井的目的是了解基岩的情况,因此只要把基
From October to December of 64, we conducted a test of compression blasting into the well in weathered dolomitic limestone and weathered sandstone in Shixia mine area, Hengshan, Hunan Province.
