比较白斑癌变进程中几种血管生成检测方法与不同病理分级间的相关程度 ,探寻早期诊断白斑癌变的有效方法。材料与方法 采用 Salley法诱导金地鼠颊囊白斑癌变 ,以光镜下病理观察诊断分级和墨汁灌注、甲平滑肌肌动蛋白 (α- SMA)免疫组化等与血管生成有关的检测结果作相关性分析。结果 墨汁灌注图像分析结果中血管面积比与病理分级高度相关 ,血管密度值相关性不显著 ;α- SMA表达水平与病理分级有十分显著的相关性 ,且不同病理分级间的 α- SMA阳性血管值有明显落差和平台。结论 多种检测手段均能有效地反映金地鼠白斑癌变进程中血管生成变化趋势和病理变化严重程度。 α- SMA免疫组化检测具有十分良好的区分度 ,能准确反映上皮细胞变化程度 ,是很有临床实用价值的早期诊断白斑癌变的有效方法。
To compare the correlation between several angiogenesis detection methods and different pathological grades in the process of carcinogenesis of leukoplakia and explore the effective method of early diagnosis of leukoplakia. Materials and Methods Salley’s method was used to induce leukoplakia carcinogenesis in the hamster cheek pouch. Correlation of angiogenesis-related test results by light microscopy, histological grading, ink perfusion, and immunohistochemistry of actin (α-SMA) analysis. Results The results of ink perfusion image analysis showed that the vascular area ratio was highly correlated with pathological grade and the correlation between vascular density was insignificant. There was a significant correlation between the expression of α-SMA and pathological grade, and the positive correlation between α-SMA positive vessels There is a clear drop in value and platform. Conclusion A variety of detection methods can effectively reflect the trend of angiogenesis and pathological changes in the process of carcinogenesis of golden hamster. α-SMA immunohistochemistry detection has a very good discrimination, can accurately reflect the degree of epithelial changes, is a very valuable clinical early diagnosis of effective methods of leukoplakia.
