职工的记叙文教学与普遍中学不同。职工教学课时紧、任务重,是不利因素;职工学员实践经验多,理解能力强,又是有利因素。我们应该扬长避短立足于一个“改”字。这里就自己的一些体会,提出十六个字和大家讨论研究。这十六个字是:统筹安排、明确目的、突出重点、长文短教。一、统筹安排、明确目的打仗要讲战略,办事要懂全局,教学也是一样。教师应该首先熟悉教材,吃透教材,要把教材中所有的记叙文(包括增读篇目)都纳入统筹划计中来,在学期前制定计划时,应对教材下列方面 The narrative teaching of workers is different from that of general secondary schools.
