职工的记叙文教学与普遍中学不同。职工教学课时紧、任务重,是不利因素;职工学员实践经验多,理解能力强,又是有利因素。我们应该扬长避短立足于一个“改”字。这里就自己的一些体会,提出十六个字和大家讨论研究。这十六个字是:统筹安排、明确目的、突出重点、长文短教。一、统筹安排、明确目的打仗要讲战略,办事要懂全局,教学也是一样。教师应该首先熟悉教材,吃透教材,要把教材中所有的记叙文(包括增读篇目)都纳入统筹划计中来,在学期前制定计划时,应对教材下列方面
The narrative teaching of workers is different from that of general secondary schools. Staff teaching class is tight, heavy tasks, is unfavorable factors; employees more practical experience, ability to understand, but also a favorable factor. We should be based on strengths and circumvent weaknesses based on a “change”. Here on some of my own experience, put forward sixteen words and we discuss the study. These sixteen words are: co-ordinating arrangements, a clear purpose, focus, short article teaching. First, the overall arrangements, a clear purpose to talk about strategy to fight, work to understand the overall situation, teaching is the same. Teachers should first be familiar with textbooks, thoroughly teaching materials, teaching materials should make all the narrative (including reading articles) are included in the overall plan to plan before the semester, the textbook to deal with the following aspects
