目前,国内学者对教师网络学习共同体的构建研究较多,然而对教师在线研讨策略的研究甚少。经相关文献检索,结合本课题研究方向,笔者将“中小学青年教师在线研讨”界定为:以广大青年教师为参与主体,以网络为交流平台,教师共同讨论教学中遇到的问题,共享教学资源和教学经验,充分发挥各自优势,最终通过解决问题来促进专业发展。教师专业发展已经成为当前教育改革的重要议题,如何多途径地促进教师专业发展是当前教育需要解决的重要问题之一。当今信息技术为教师带来
At present, domestic scholars have studied the construction of teachers’ online learning community. However, little research has been done on teachers’ online research strategies. After relevant literature searches, combined with the research direction of this topic, the author defines “online discussion of young teachers in primary and secondary schools” as follows: Taking the majority of young teachers as the participants, and using the network as a communication platform, teachers discuss the problems encountered in teaching. Share teaching resources and teaching experience, give full play to their respective advantages, and ultimately promote professional development by solving problems. Teacher professional development has become an important issue in current education reform. How to promote professional development of teachers in multiple ways is one of the important issues that education needs to solve. Today’s information technology brings teachers
