研究了弯曲静叶对某重复级低速轴流压气机近失速工况流场的控制作用。使用五孔探针对采用直、弯静叶的压气机在近失速工况下的第二级静叶出口流场进行了详细测量。结果表明,采用弯叶片后,上、下端壁角区分离得到有效抑制,降低了流道内的流动损失,但同时出口气流角也明显减小。随着动、静叶间轴向间隙的减小,压气机扩压能力提高,但直静叶出口处流线分布急剧恶化,而弯静叶则变化较小,这表明在小轴向间隙下采用弯叶片能更有效的提升压气机性能。
The control effect of curved vanes on the flow field near a stall of a repetitive low speed axial compressor was studied. A five-hole probe was used to measure the flow field at the exit of the second stage vane at the near stall condition with a compressor with straight and curved vanes. The results show that the separation of the upper corner wall and the lower corner wall can be effectively restrained and the flow loss in the flow channel can be reduced, while the outlet airflow angle also decreases obviously. With the reduction of the axial clearance between the moving and stationary vanes, the compressor’s ability to diffuse is enhanced. However, the streamline distribution at the outlet of the straight vanes drastically deteriorates, while the curved vanes change slightly, indicating that under the small axial clearance Using curved blades can more effectively enhance the compressor performance.
