1959年～1985年,手术治疗原发性肺癌1336例.经病理确认为多原发性肺癌9例,占同时期内手术病例的0.67％(9/1336)。多原发性肺癌术后5年生存率为44.0％(4/9)。同时期内Ⅰ期原发性肺癌术后5年生存率为47.7％(173/360),两组间生存期并无显著差异(p>0.05)。
From 1959 to 1985, 1336 cases of primary lung cancer were treated surgically. It was confirmed by pathology that there were 9 cases of multiple primary lung cancer, accounting for 0.67% of the surgical cases in the same period (9/1336). The 5-year survival rate of multi-primary lung cancer was 44.0% (4/9). The 5-year survival rate of stage I primary lung cancer during the same period was 47.7% (173/360). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the survival period (p>0.05).
