目的 阐述肝干细胞的特性、起源、分化和发育的特点,以及肝干细胞在治疗肝病方面可能发挥的作用。方法采用中外文献综述方式。结果 肝干细胞是具有双分化潜能的细胞,它可来源于卵圆细胞、胎肝前体细胞、骨髓造血干细胞以及胰腺前体细胞。肝干细胞可通过流式细胞仪分离,可在特殊的培养条件下长期培养。结论 肝干细胞在肝细胞移植、体外人工肝、基因治疗方面有着广阔的前景,它给众多的肝病患者带来了新的希望。
Objective To describe the characteristics, origin, differentiation and development of hepatic stem cells and the possible role of hepatic stem cells in the treatment of liver disease. Methods Chinese and foreign literature review methods. Results Hepatic stem cells are cells with dual differentiation potential. They can originate from oval cells, fetal liver precursor cells, bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells and pancreatic precursor cells. Liver stem cells can be separated by flow cytometry and can be cultured for long periods under special culture conditions. Conclusions Hepatic stem cells have broad prospects in hepatocyte transplantation, in vitro artificial liver and gene therapy, which brings new hope to many liver disease patients.
