本研究对１００名正常藏族人的牙、牙弓大小进行了计算机牙颌模型测量研究，建立了藏族人牙、牙弓大小和部分指数的正常值和标准差，并对其特征进行了分析。结果表明：藏族人的牙冠宽度和高度、牙弓各段宽度和牙弓全长男性大于女性，Ｐｏｎｔ′ｓ前磨牙指数男性小于女性。与汉族人相比，藏族人牙冠宽度、牙弓长度和宽度较大，藏族女性的Ｂｏｌｔｏｎ前牙比指数、Ｐｏｎｔ′ｓ磨牙指数小于汉族女性。
In this study, the dento-maxillofacial model of 100 normal occured Tibetan people was studied. The normal and standard deviations of Tibetan people’s dental arch size and partial index were established and their characteristics were analyzed . The results show that the width and height of the crown of Tibetan people, the width of dental arch and the total length of the dental arch are larger than those of the female, while Pont’s premolar index is smaller than that of the female. Compared with the Han nationality, Tibetan people had larger crown widths, longer dental arch lengths and widths. The Bolton anterior teeth ratio index and Pont’s molar index of Tibetan women were smaller than those of Han women.
