钢塑复合生产工艺是对已加工好金属构件表面进行预处理,然后通过红外线加热箱对金属构件加热,保温至工艺温度(一般控制在230~350℃,以粉料的工艺温度为准)把加温到工艺温度的金属构件放入硫化床进行包复。再经过风冷或恒温使得金属结构件表面包裹一层0.5~1.2mm的塑料保护层,采用该工艺制成的钢塑复合构件包复层比较厚,在使用过程中塑料保护层不易被破坏,具有优于热浸锌、喷塑进行防腐处理的金属构件,具有很好的防腐性能,值得市场大力推广使用。
