根据2009年7月~2009年12月在东太平洋采集的雄性大眼金枪鱼样本,对东太平洋地区雌性大眼金枪鱼的生殖特性进行了研究。通过组织学观察大眼金枪鱼精巢横截面原始上皮生精作用的发生过程,发现大眼金枪鱼精巢为精原细胞非局限型类型。精巢由精子发生作用同步进行的许多精囊组成的外围区域和将外围区域产生的精子输送到精巢中央主运输管的高度发育的输精管道系统两部分组成。内部区域的输送管道系统围绕中央主输精管道分布,这些小裂片状的输精管道系统不再具有生精作用,承担着储存精子的作用。组织学观察发现,除了未成熟的精巢外,成熟的精巢结构中,均有这种输精管道系统。
Based on the samples collected from the eastern Pacific october, from July 2009 to December 2009, the reproductive characteristics of the female octopus tuna in the Eastern Pacific Ocean were studied. Through histological observation of the process of the primary epithelial spermatogenesis in the cross-section of the big-tailed Tuna, the testis was found to be a non-localized type of spermatogonia. The testes consist of a number of seminal vesicles that are synchronized by the action of spermatogenesis and a highly developed seminal duct system that delivers the sperm produced in the peripheral area to the main transport tube of the testis. The delivery system in the inner area is distributed around the central main seminal duct. These small seminal duct systems no longer have the function of spermatogenesis and assume the role of storing sperm. Histological observations revealed that, in addition to immature testes, this type of seminal duct system is present in mature testes.
