人出生后的第一件事就是吃,如今,老百姓腰包鼓起来了,肚皮也挺起来了。由于多数人只顾解决嘴馋,想吃什么就吃什么,根本不顾及身体的感受。让中国人在追求健康的道路上走向营养不良、营养过剩两个极端,因而,吃出了不少营养失衡性疾病。营养缺乏主要体现在:蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、膳食纤维严重缺乏;营养过剩体现在:脂肪、糖摄取过剩。中国乃饮食大国,照这样下去,中国的饮食文化不知将会何去何从?那我们又该怎样来理解中医平衡养生理念呢?
The first thing after a man is born is to eat, and nowadays, the pockets of the people muster up and the belly strands up. Because most people only solve the greedy, what to eat what to eat, regardless of the body’s feelings. Let the Chinese people in the pursuit of health to the malnutrition, the two extremes of nutritional surplus, therefore, eat a lot of nutritional imbalances disease. Nutritional deficiencies are mainly reflected in: protein, vitamins, minerals, a serious lack of dietary fiber; over-nutrition reflected in: fat, excessive sugar intake. China is a big food-producing country. As such, what about China’s food culture? Where do we go about understanding TCM’s concept of balanced health?
