在初级电力市场环境下,计划部门如何在保证系统可靠性前提下,平衡各发电公司检修要求,公平、合理地制订检修计划,是一个值得深入探讨的问题。文中建立了一个多目标检修计划优化模型,模型中考虑系统等备用和发电公司之间的公平性2个目标。算例表明该模型与算法的有效性和实用性。
Under the primary electricity market environment, how to plan the maintenance plan fair and reasonable under the premise of ensuring system reliability that the planning department balances the maintenance requirements of various power generation companies is a question worthy of further discussion. A multi-objective maintenance plan optimization model is established in this paper. The model considers two goals of fairness between backup and power generation companies such as system. The example shows the validity and practicability of the model and the algorithm.
