选用猪 新生猴腹腔心脏异位模型 ,通过异种胸腺修饰加60 Coγ照射途径 ,来探讨此途径对异种器官移植中T细胞的作用及诱导异种T细胞中枢性耐受的可能性 ,并进一步研究外周血IL 2水平与排斥反应的关系。结果发现 :MLR检测在照射 +胸腺注射组接受脾细胞胸腺内注射后第 3周 ,其刺激效应较空白组、照射组下降明显 (P <0 0 1 )。照射 +胸注组存活期较空白组明显延长 (P <0 0 1 ) ,照射 +胸注组存活期较胸注组和照射组延长 (P <0 0 5 )。IL 2和IL 1 0检测的结果表明 ,各组在排斥时均表现为IL 2水平较移植前显著升高 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,胸注 +照射组和胸注组 ,受体体内IL 2水平 ,在移植后早期与移植前比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,与同时期单纯照射和空白组术后比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 1 )。结果表明 :异种胸腺注射可诱导供体特异性的T细胞功能抑制 ,异种胸腺注射联合照射可有效地延长供心存活时间。IL 2水平与排斥反应的发生关系密切 ,可以作为监测晚期排斥反应发生的一个重要指标

The results showed that heterologous thymus injection could induce donor-specific inhibition of T cell function, and heterologous thymus injection combined with irradiation could effectively prolong the donor’s survival time. The level of IL-2 is closely related to the occurrence of rejection and can be used as an important indicator to monitor the occurrence of late rejection
