目的探讨学龄前儿童Suresight视力筛查仪检查屈光异常标准。方法使用Suresight视力筛查仪对幼儿园学龄前儿童进行屈光筛查,根据筛查结果,结合近年来我国文献弱视及视力不良状况,探讨Suresight视力筛查仪检查屈光异常可行的合理标准。结果近视绝对值≥+0.50D、混合散光均定为屈光异常,远视性屈光异常标准:2岁儿童球镜≥+2.75D,或柱镜≥+1.25D;3岁儿童球镜≥+2.50D,或柱镜≥+1.25D;4岁儿童球镜≥+2.25D,或柱镜≥+1.25D者定为屈光异常;5~7岁儿童球镜≥+2.00D,或柱镜≥+1.25D者定为屈光异常。结论Suresight视力筛查仪检查屈光异常标准的确定合理可行。
Objective To investigate the presurgical Suresight vision screening system for refractive abnormalities. Methods Suresight vision screening instrument was used to refraction preschool children in kindergarten. Based on the screening results, combined with the recent literature on amblyopia and poor vision in our country, Suresight vision screening instrument to check the reasonable standard of refractive abnormality feasible. Results The absolute value of myopia ≥ + 0.50D, mixed astigmatism were rated as refractive errors, myopic refractive abnormalities: 2 years old children with spherical ≥ 2.75D, or cylinder ≥ 1.25D; 3 years old children with spherical ≥ + 2.50D, or lenticular ≥ 1.25D; 4-year-old children with spherical ≥ 2.25D, or lenticular ≥ 1.25D were identified as refractive errors; children aged 5-7 spherical ≥ 2.00D, or cylinder ≥ + 1.25D as refractive abnormalities. Conclusion Suresight vision screening instrument to determine the refractive error criteria to determine the reasonable and feasible.
